Size: 23 Litres (1/2 Batch option is half quantities quoted below).
Malts
2.5 Kg - Gladfield Ale Malt (All Grain Option)
800g - Gladfield Munich Malt
400g - Gladfield Gladiator Malt
or for the Extract with Partial Mash option:
Liquid Malt Extract
800g - Gladfield Munich Malt (Steep)
400g - Gladfield Toffee Malt (Steep)
Hops
20g - NZ Southern Cross @ 13% AA for 30 minutes boil
40g - NZ Motueka @ 7% AA after flame out with 15 minute steep/whirlpool
40g - NZ Pacifica @ 5.5% AA after flame out with 15 minute steep/whirlpool
30g - NZ Motueka @ 7% AA Dry Hop @ 5 days
30g - NZ Pacifica @ 5.5% AA Dry Hop @ 5 days
50g - NZ Southern Cross @ 13% AA Dry Hop @ 5 days
