General purpose ale yeast with neutral flavour profiles. Its low attenuation gives beers with a very good length on the palate. Particularly recommended for specialty ales and trappist type beers.
Fruity driven strain, gives a high mouthfeel and body to the beer. Ideal for Belgian Ales (Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel Styles) and strong English ales (ex. Imperial Stouts). It is also ideal for New England IPA’s. Yeast with a medium sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.
Sedimentation: medium Final Gravity: high Temperature Range: 12-25ºC, ideally 15-25ºC Dosage: 11.5 g in 20 to 30 L
Usage Directions: Sprinkle contents directly onto wort.
Storage Recommendations: Store below 10°C (50°F).
