An American Pale ale brewed as a tropical fruit bowl of flavour because we just love hops! Bursting with tropical aroma and big juicy flavour, we could tell you that LOST TRACK recognises and salutes those pioneers who put so much into creating “tracks” in the bush which eventually became the rail and roads we use today…. which is true…. but also, it’s because we literally ‘lost track’ of the time when creating this one!
Style - American Pale Ale
Brewed with - American hops (and a generous helping of Nectaron in the dry hop)
IBU: 38 ABV: 5.5% OG: 1.052 FG: 1.010
All ingredients you will need are included in this recipe kit. Malted Grain, Hops, Yeast, Irish Moss and brew water additions. (Malt Extract for Extract Option). Kit includes brewing instructions.
Size: 23 Litres (1/2 Batch option also available).

- Aurora Malt
or for the Extract with Partial Mash option:

- Specialty Malts (Steep)
Hops are all pre-measured for each addition and vac packed in foil bags to make your brew day easier. A combination of Pacific Jade, Amarillo, Citra and Nectaron.
Yeast: American West Coast Ale BRY-97
Kit available in 3 options.

- Extract with Partial Mash, Full 23L Batch. Comes with Liquid Malt Extract and a specialty grain pack to add additional flavour.
