170g - Gladfield Sour Grapes Malt

Liquid Malt Extract and 700g of Base Malt and 310g Rolled Oats (Steep)
In total 389g of a combination of Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin for bittering, Mosaic and Citra at the Steep/Whirlpool and two big Dry Hop additions of Citra and Nelson Sauvin. Hops are pre-measured for each addition and vac packed in foil bags to make your brew day easier.
Yeast: Two yeasts to choose from,
Lallemand Verdant IPA Yeast - this is the original yeast selection for this kit. Verdant leaves a soft and balanced malt profile with slightly more body than a typical American IPA yeast strain.
Lallemand Pomona Hybrid IPA Yeast - this new yeast strain produces a unique and juicy flavor profile with notes of peach, citrus, and tropical fruits. Pomona works well with highly hopped IPA fermentations. It is a stress-tolerant and robust yeast that enhances biotransformation and haze for modern IPA styles.
